Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing DigiWash. We strive to provide the highest quality laundry and textile services. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Pickup: You may cancel your order at any time before the delivery agent picks up your items. A 100% refund will be issued if the payment was made online.
  • After Pickup: Once items are picked up and processing has begun, the order cannot be fully cancelled. However, if you wish to halt processing, please contact support immediately. Partial charges may apply based on the stage of cleaning.

2. Refunds for Service Issues

We take extreme care of your garments. However, if you are strictly dissatisfied with the service or if an item is damaged/lost while in our custody:

  • You must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery through your dashboard (via message).
  • Our team will investigate the claim. If approved, a refund (up to a maximum liability of 5x the washing cost of the specific item) will be initiated.

3. Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method (via Razorpay). Standard processing time is 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

4. Marketplace Item Returns

For items purchased from the DigiMarket (e.g., bedsheets), returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective. You must raise a Return Request with photo evidence from your dashboard.
