Welcome to DigiWash. By accessing our website (digiwash.in) and utilizing our pickup, delivery, and laundry services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Usage

DigiWash provides laundry, dry-cleaning, and marketplace services in select locations in India. Users must provide accurate address and contact details to ensure smooth delivery.

2. User Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for checking their garments for valuables (cash, jewelry, keys) before handing them over. DigiWash is not responsible for lost valuables.
• You agree to use your account securely and not to share OTPs or login credentials.

3. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely in INR. We offer Online Payments (via Razorpay), Cash on Delivery, and Pay Later (for eligible users). Failure to clear Pay Later dues will result in account suspension.

4. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify prices, service areas, or operational terms at any time without prior notice. Existing active orders will be honored at the price agreed upon at the time of booking.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
